Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
We're appointment-based so your stylist can give you their full attention. Book online any time, or call (423) 510-0000 and we'll fit you in as soon as we can. We're open Tuesday through Saturday, 9am–6pm.
How does online booking work?

I want a big color change or extensions, what's the first step?
Start with a consultation. For color corrections and hand-tied or keratin-tip extensions we look at your hair in person, talk through your goals, and confirm your exact price before we begin.
Do you do bridal and wedding-party hair?
Yes. Our goal is a stress-free, full-service experience for both the bride and the wedding party, trials, day-of styling and on-site makeup, planned with you by Judy and Tiffany.
